About Brian Mangines
Brian Mangines is the Founder and Principal of MARBRI Legal. A former practicing attorney with more than two decades of experience in legal recruiting and staffing, Brian advises law firms and attorneys on strategic hiring, lateral partner movement, and market positioning. His work spans Florida and select national markets, partnering with Am Law firms, premier boutiques, and highly credentialed attorneys across the country.
Brian’s background includes owning and operating a multioffice legal staffing and recruiting company, giving him a deep understanding of lawfirm operations, attorney compensation structures, and the business realities that drive successful placements. He has been recognized as a “Heavy Hitter in Human Resources” by the South Florida Business Journal, and he has held multiple leadership roles in the industry, including Past President of the Florida Staffing Association and Past Chairman of STAFFPAC. He is also a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), adhering to the highest ethical standards in the profession.
Brian holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law. His insight, discretion, and longstanding relationships within the legal community make him a trusted advisor to both firms and candidates navigating critical career and hiring decisions.
